School management policies and procedures are used to support practices that ensure teaching and learning environments are optimised and that health and safety priorities are met.
3. Project Management
Project management capacity and tools enable people and groups to achieve objectives more effectively and efficiently and ensure that required results are achieved on time and on budget.
